Dan Rogers

Dan Rogers is a respected leader within both the veteran and IT communities. He proudly served as a radio operator in the U.S. Marine Corps and has since dedicated the last decade to supporting various Department of Defense (DoD) and government organizations in the IT sector. His extensive experience and commitment to service have made him a valuable asset in bridging the gap between military and technology initiatives.

Following his departure from the service, Dan was rated at 80% by the VA but felt his disability rating didn’t fully reflect his sacrifices. Despite navigating this challenge on his own with support from DAV/VSO, he struggled to secure the increase he believed he deserved. After discovering an ally in the J4V organization, Dan worked alongside Coach Mike G. and ultimately achieved his goal—successfully raising his rating to 100% P&T.

Outside of his professional life, Dan has a deep love for the ocean. Whether it’s spearfishing or simply spending quality time on his boat with family, the water is where he feels most at peace.
