Romualdo Cabal is a retired Chief Hospital Corpsman with 24 years of naval service from 1980 to 2004, 16 of which were served with the Fleet Marine Forces or the “Green Side”. Upon retirement in 2004, he got his California real estate license and worked as a realtor and mortgage loan processor until 2006.
After his initial VA claim submission in 2004, he was rated at 30% and worked his way up, finally getting a 100% P&T VA rating in 2010. He shared the knowledge he gained in navigating the not-so-simple and oftentimes complex VA claims process with his fellow veterans and shipmates, helping them win and increase their VA ratings. A very successful story is when a student became a master and is now the CEO of J4V!
Romualdo, aka “Kuya Randy,” joined the CEO’s prestigious Just4Veterans company in February 2025 to continue his advocacy of helping veterans get the benefits they deserve in a much simplified way with J4V’s Disability Benefits Educational Service.
