Coach Alex Mason

Alex Mason joined the United States Marine Corps in 2013 at the age of 23, serving five years as a 6154 Airframes Mechanic on the UH-1Y Huey and AH-1W Cobra helicopters at Marine Corps Air Station New River in Jacksonville, North Carolina, where he continues to reside. Following his military service, Alex worked as a defense contractor at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, supporting the VH-92 program and C-130 T and J model aircraft.

Alex’s background in aviation instilled a strong commitment to precision, accountability, and clear communication—principles that continue to guide his professional work. He brings firsthand understanding of the challenges veterans face, including the complexities of navigating the VA system without proper guidance.

Driven by entrepreneurship and relationship-building, Alex approaches every client with integrity, attention to detail, and consistent communication. He takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service and in advocating for outcomes that reflect the effort and dedication veterans deserve.
