Andrade, Dr. Lamb, is originally from the state of Delaware. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1988 at the age of 18 and retired after 20 years of service in 2008. During his military career he served in Desert Storm/Shield, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. After leaving the military, he worked with the federal government in human resources. He has over 10 years of experience with the VA claim process and has helped countless veterans with their claims.

He has a pragmatic approach and takes pride in assisting veterans with the VA claim process. He realizes that each veteran’s VA claim is unique and personal, making confidentiality a high priority. He has expressed, that his greatest satisfaction comes from providing life-time financial stability and benefits to veterans and their families.
