Beatiz Mccarragher

Beatriz served in the U.S. Navy from 2012 to 2025, including deployments in support of Operation Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. With over 12 years of combined naval medical and civilian healthcare experience, she has worked across both military hospitals and top-tier Fortune 500 companies. Following her time on active duty, she served as a liaison for private-public medical contracting across seven of the largest naval and civilian hospitals on the East Coast.

Her commitment to supporting fellow veterans is reflected in everything she does. In the past five years, Beatriz has mentored hundreds of transitioning service members and helped more than 150 veterans secure positions within Fortune 500 companies. She currently serves as a senior program manager at a Fortune 500 organization, where she partners with programs such as Hiring Our Heroes and Hiring Heroes USA to
Create real pathways for veterans in meaningful careers.

Beatriz now works directly with veterans as a coach and consultant under Just4Veterans Enterprise—the same team that helped her achieve her 100% P&T disability rating. Through this work, she helps veterans understand their benefits, navigate the VA claim process, and pursue the outcomes they’ve earned. Beatriz’s dedication to the military and veteran community continues to drive her mission and impact every day.
