Dr. Catherine Kemmerling is a U.S. Army Engineer Officer (Ret.) with 24 years of service, including missions in Guatemala, South Korea, and Iraq. An Organizational Psychologist and educator, she brings expertise in leadership development, human performance, and systems integration.
