Derek is originally from Cuero, TX. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1998 at the age of 18. During his career he served in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. After leaving the military, he worked for US Bank as an operations manager. He has over 10 years of experience with the VA claim process, and his extensive knowledge will be a valuable addition to Just 4 Veterans Enterprises.
