Dominic Acol

Dominic Acol is a retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant who served 23 years as a Civil Engineer Heavy Equipment Operator. He deployed in support of Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Operation Enduring Freedom. Throughout his career, he led from the front, trained Airmen to standard, and built teams grounded in discipline, accountability, and mission focus.

Born and raised in Hawaii, he carries a strong commitment to family, service, and community. After retirement, he successfully navigated the VA process on his own and achieved a 100 percent Permanent and Total rating. He now dedicates his work to helping fellow veterans secure the benefits they earned.

He leads with strength, integrity, and practical problem-solving, standing side by side with veterans through uncertainty and guiding them toward long-term stability.
