Don Mendiola Jr.

Don Mendiola Jr. is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer with over 21 years of service who understands the VA claims process firsthand and the challenges veterans face when pursuing their earned benefits. Born and raised on Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Don joined the military in 2004 and served across the Indo-Pacific region and in combat environments in support of overseas operations. Throughout his career, he held leadership and operational planning roles while advocating for service members across multiple commands.

Following his honorable retirement, Don joined Just4Veterans Enterprise with a mission to help fellow veterans better understand their VA benefits and confidently pursue the disability ratings they deserve. As a veteran coach, he takes a structured, education-focused approach, guiding clients from start to finish with clarity, accountability, and respect. Outside of his work with veterans, Don enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, playing music, and staying connected to his island roots.
