Master Sergeant (Ret.) Eddy Arce, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, proudly served 23 years in the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his career, he held diverse leadership roles—from Drill Instructor at Parris Island to Combat Camera Chief and Senior Enlisted Leader for Communication Strategy and Operations at I MEF Information Group, Camp Pendleton. His service took him across the world, supporting missions from Operation Inherent Resolve to humanitarian efforts in the Pacific.
Now retired, Eddy continues his lifelong mission of service by dedicating himself to helping fellow veterans. He’s deeply committed to guiding them through the VA disability process and providing mentorship, encouragement, and advocacy for their overall well-being. A strong supporter of mental health awareness, he believes in breaking stigmas, building community, and reminding every veteran that their story and their healing matters
