Coach Eric Jastillana

Eric Jastillana is a native of Barrigada, Guam, who enlisted in the United States Navy in 1997 at the age of 18 and honorably served until 2005. During his naval career, he served as a Radioman (RM) and Information Systems Technician (IT) (Surface Warfare), participating in multiple Mediterranean deployments while assigned to the USS Portland (LSD-37) at Little Creek Amphibious Base. He also served at Naval Hospital Guam and Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, California, while attached to the USNS Mercy.

Following his military service, Mr. Jastillana continued his commitment to public service through employment with the federal government as both a contractor and a General Schedule (GS) employee. In addition to his professional career, he is deeply committed to community service and athletics. As a volleyball coach, he mentors boys, girls, and men, emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and personal growth.

Through his organization, Just4Veterans (J4V), Mr. Jastillana educates and supports veterans in navigating the VA disability claims process and pursuing rating increases for which they may be eligible. His mission is to empower veterans, strengthen families, and build confidence both on and off court, while continuing to serve those who have served our nation.
