Fred enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1991 at the age of 19 and retired after 23 years of service in 2014.

Fred has been through the claims process and was granted 100% P&T on first submission. Seeing frustrations on friends and coworkers while going through the retirement process, gave him strong desire to share his knowledge and resources with his fellow veterans. Recognizing the need to provide Veterans help in processing their VA disability claims, Fred have started Just4Veterans to aid veterans get the highest VA rating possible.

Fred lived with his mission to help Veterans. He became a leader and a mentor to other Veterans needing job after service. He gave an opportunity on other Veterans who he shared the same values with to be a coach to other veterans in need.
