James Dollard

James Dollard was born and raised in Rochester, New York, before joining the United States Marine Corps in 1992. After 28 years of honorable service, he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, having served in a variety of leadership and operational assignments.

James became a Veteran Disability Coach because he is passionate about educating fellow veterans on the VA disability claims process and the benefits they earned through their service. His mission is to empower veterans with the knowledge, clarity, and confidence needed to make informed decisions throughout the claims process, with the goal of supporting greater financial stability, access to healthcare, and a stronger future for veterans and their families.

Drawing on nearly three decades of military leadership and a continued passion for serving others, James is committed to offering professional coaching, practical education, and genuine care to fellow veterans.
