Lance Akimseu

Lance Akimseu is a Marine Corps veteran and veteran coach with over 20 years of honorable service. A native of Hilo, Hawaii, he enlisted in 2005 and rose from enlisted Marine to Chief Warrant Officer 3, serving in leadership roles across the United States and overseas.

Lance served overseas on multiple occasions, including tours at U.S. embassies, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges faced by service members and their families. His service has been recognized with numerous personal awards, including the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

As a veteran coach with Just4Veterans Enterprise, Lance takes a practical, veteran-centered approach to guiding veterans through the VA claims process. He understands that each claim is personal and unique, and he prioritizes confidentiality and trust in every interaction. For Lance, the most rewarding part of his work is helping veterans and their families secure the benefits they deserve, providing peace of mind and long-term financial stability.
