Lance was born and raised in Hawaii and is a veteran who served with the U.S. Air Force from 2000–2020. During his time in service, he worked as a propulsion specialist on multiple aircraft, an inventory manager, an Air Force force recruiter, and an aircraft section supervisor. His assignments include four stateside bases, three overseas bases, and numerous TDYs. After his time in service, he was granted 100% P&T.

In addition to his Air Force leadership experience, he continued on to leadership roles in the logistics field immediately after his departure from the service. While he continued to surround himself with veterans and current active duty members, mentoring and keeping an open line of communication, he was introduced to the Just4Veterans team in 2023.

Lance is married to Sherrylyn and has three beautiful children, including two grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, bbqing, and DIY projects on the weekends.
