Michael is a retired Sergeant Major who is originally from Minnesota, but now resides in Southern California. For three decades, Michael successfully led, mentored, and trained Marines and Sailors.

From his humble beginnings in the supply administration field, Michael went on to complete recruiting duty, instructor duty at the Staff Noncommissioned Officer Academy, and various other deployments and assignments before retiring as a Regimental Sergeant Major in 2022.

Michael successfully transitioned from active duty to civilian life with an 100% disability rating from the VA. Now, he takes pride in assisting his fellow veterans as they navigate their way through the confusion and stress that transitioning service members encounter during the VA disability claim process.
