Pati Rucobo

Ms. Pati Rucobo brings more than 30 years of operational leadership, compliance expertise, and mission-focused service to Just 4 Veterans Enterprise. A retired United States Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 5 (CWO5), she is among an elite and exceptionally rare group of military leaders often referred to as the “Unicorns” of the Armed Forces, having attained the highest rank within the Warrant Officer community. Throughout her distinguished military career, Pati led complex personnel and operational initiatives supporting more than 5,000 service members across four continents, delivering mission success in some of the world’s most demanding environments, including Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.

Following her retirement from military service, Pati continued serving the nation’s interests through federal defense contracting and national security programs, currently supporting National Security Space Launch operations. As Chief of Operations for Just 4 Veterans Enterprise, she oversees systems integration, continuity of operations, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and strategic growth initiatives — bridging executive strategy with disciplined execution to keep the mission resilient, scalable, and firmly centered on serving veterans and their families.

A bilingual leader fluent in English and Spanish, holding a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance, Pati brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational discipline, servant leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence — and understands firsthand the sacrifices of military service.
