Paul Ramirez, MBA

Paul Ramirez is originally from the Chicagoland area. He is a retired First Sergeant from the United States Marine Corps with 23 plus years of honorable service. As a lifelong learner who holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and an MBA with a concentration in strategic marketing, key highlights of his career include serving as a Section Leader at Wounded Warrior Battalion-East, Walter Reed Army Medical Center Detachment, where he helped wounded, ill, and injured Marines through their VA and medical recovery process; serving as a Recruiter and field Commander for Recruiting Sub-Station North Las Vegas; and holding senior enlisted leadership roles as a First Sergeant both in conus and oconus.

After retiring, Paul dedicated himself to supporting fellow veterans through mentorship, community events, and advocacy. He has extensive experience with the VA claim process and has helped countless veterans with their claims. With a pragmatic approach, he takes pride in assisting veterans, recognizing that each claim is unique and personal while prioritizing confidentiality. Further, Paul has a passion to help veterans from all branches of service with their VA ratings and get them what they have earned for serving this great nation. Today, he works with Just4Veterans Enterprise, offering personalized 1-on-1 coaching—especially for those facing denials or challenges with traditional resources.
