Born and raised on the island of Guam, Ray is proud of his Chamorro culture. He is a retired U.S. Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant with over 21 years of service. Upon retirement, Ray was granted 100% P&T. During his last 7 years of service, he focused on requirements and programmatic solutions to enhance the capability of the Marine Corps Low Altitude Air Defense community on the battlefield. Now retired, Ray is passionate about coaching Veterans through the VA claims process to ensure they receive the highest rating they deserve.

Ray enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing softball, and traveling. He currently resides in Stafford, Virginia, with his wife and two kids.
