Reid Trenhaile

Reid Trenhaile joined the United States Marine Corps in 2010 and served honorably for 14 years. During his career, he deployed twice with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, visiting countries including Syria, South Korea, Kuwait, Dubai, the Philippines, and Thailand as a 6114 flightline helicopter mechanic. Later, he transitioned into a successful role as a career recruiter based out of St. Louis, Missouri, where he guided the next generation of Marines. After more than a decade of dedicated service, Reid chose to separate from the Corps to prioritize family time and pursue a new chapter
learning the construction trade.

Reid approaches work with a strong ethic of giving maximum effort while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable for everyone involved. Known for his dependability, he thrives on teamwork and focuses on maintaining a positive, fun environment on the job. Now transitioning into his role as a Veteran Disability Coach, he finds deep satisfaction in opportunities that allow him to support fellow veterans, recognizing and honoring the
sacrifices they have made to protect the nation’s safety.
