If you’re wanting to claim your benefits or have tried and been denied, Just4Veterans is here to help. You don’t have to do this alone; let us help you get what’s rightfully yours so that you can live a better life.
Here are some of the most common questions that our past clients asked when they first learned about our va claims services.
What is VA disability?
VA Disability is a system of benefits offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs for American veterans who have medical conditions caused by or related to their military service.
How can Just4Veterans help me?
Just4Veterans provides coaching services to support the VA disability claims process. Our mission is to help veterans achieve the maximum VA rating they have earned through the tools and support necessary to navigate the VA Claim process, leaving them with a clear understanding of their benefits and the steps they need to take to obtain them.
Am I eligible for a VA Disability?
You are eligible for disability benefits from the VA if you have one or more medical conditions caused by your military service. You must be able to show proof of service-connection for each condition.
What are the easiest things to claim for VA disability?
The easiest things to claim for your VA disability are all related to medical situations you may have incurred while you were serving. Some of the most effective conditions to put on your claim include:
- Losing your hearing
- Limitation or loss of arm movement
- Scarring
- Flexing disability
- Tinnitus
- PTSD and other mental health conditions
Be sure to include any and all medical conditions and information that make regular work difficult. If you can’t decide which conditions are the right ones to add to your claim, get in contact with our veteran coaches. We will help you create a claim that is guaranteed to be approved.
Are your services free?
We offer a free consultation to discuss our services and the ways that we can help you. We’ll walk you through our process and explain how it works, so you know what to expect from us. If, after our consultation, you decide to move forward with us, our consulting fee only applies if and when you receive a rating increase. We take no money up front if you don’t get an increase—pay only after you win your disability claim.
I’ve been out of the military for years. Can I still submit a claim?
Absolutely. The VA will grant benefits to any veteran with a medical condition caused by military service, no matter how long they’ve been out of the military. You will be required to provide proof of service-connection.
