David Quintanilla is a seasoned operations leader and veteran advocate with over 20 years of experience in military leadership, healthcare systems, and program management. As a retired Senior NCO in the U.S. Army, he brings a mission-focused, results-driven approach to every client—helping veterans cut through complexity and develop clear, evidence-based strategies to secure the benefits they’ve earned. His work is grounded in precision, accountability, and follow-through, ensuring no detail is overlooked in the claims process.
As a coach with Just4Veterans Enterprise, David is committed to empowering veterans through education, strategy, and professional guidance. He specializes in navigating the VA disability process—breaking down what the VA is looking for, how to properly document and present evidence, and how to avoid common pitfalls that lead to delays or denials. His approach emphasizes clarity, structure, and confidence, allowing veterans to move through the process without confusion or unnecessary setbacks. His goal is simple: position every client for the strongest possible outcome.
In addition to his coaching work, David is the owner of Table For Eight Solutions, LLC, where he provides strategic consulting to veterans and veteran-owned businesses focused on growth, visibility, and long-term success. He specializes in networking, brand development, and disciplined business planning, while also advising on standard operating procedures and compliance-driven systems.
David holds a bachelor’s degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu and has pursued advanced studies in healthcare administration. He remains committed to serving the veteran community and helping fellow service members achieve the benefits they deserve.
