Joe Iglesias

Joe Iglesias is a healthcare infrastructure and mission-critical operations leader with 20+ years of experience supporting federal, military, and healthcare organizations. He brings a readiness-first mindset to every engagement—helping Veterans build clear, organized, and evidence-based paths through complex systems where accuracy, compliance, and follow-through matter.

As a veteran coach and consultant, Joe supports the Just4Veterans mission of delivering disability benefits. Joe provides education and professional coaching that are based on honesty, clarity, and guidance. He helps veterans understand what the VA is asking for, how to properly prepare and package supporting documentation, and how to navigate the process with confidence—without the confusion, runaround, or missed steps that can delay outcomes. With deep experience in HIPAA-aligned operational controls, he’s especially focused on secure, respectful handling of sensitive medical information during evidence review.

Outside of coaching, Joe owns I TANO Group LLC, where he provides strategic advisory services for mixed-use healthcare and training facilities—connecting operational planning, cost allocation, and workforce program design to real community outcomes. He has also contributed to initiatives that expand supportive housing, clinical access, and peer support networks for homeless and at-risk veterans across Texas.

Joe is completing his MBA and holds degrees in emergency & disaster management and healthcare administration. He is a Data Center Infrastructure Specialist (DCIS®) and has been recognized with honors, including induction into the Order of Military Medical Merit and the Order of the Combat Spur. He remains active in veteran service and civic organizations throughout Texas.
