Throughout her tenure as our Chief Compliance Officer and most recently as Acting Chief of Operations, Pati has demonstrated exceptional leadership, unwavering integrity, and an enduring commitment to our mission of serving Veterans and their families. Her dedication to operational excellence and organizational accountability has been instrumental in strengthening our foundation and positioning us for continued growth.

As Just 4 Veterans Enterprise continues its transition into advanced Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) platforms, Pati’s leadership will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and successful evolution. In her capacity as Chief of Operations, she will lead efforts focused on:
- System Integration — Aligning and harmonizing operational platforms to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational
- performance.
- Continuity of Operations — Ensuring the resilience, stability, and reliability of services so veterans, families, and stakeholders

- compliance, and organizational trust.
